When I handed the bartender my credit card and asked him to 'leave it open' I was told 'We don't do that here', I had to pay for every drink separately! I asked why and the bartender told me that 'He had been ripped off for a $ 70 tab and therefor we couldn't run a tab!! Not a company policy I imagine just his individual issue.The next incident was when I went to the reception desk to ask for a wakeup call I was told 'As long as it's not before 7:00 A.M. I ordered two beers and two shots of Patron for my wife and I. I went into the sports bar to have a few drinks and watch the Sunday NFL games. My wife did have a drink in her hand at the time. My wife was approached by a woman who worked there when she was playing a machine on a Sunday night ( not busy) and rudely told to pull her mask up over her nose.

We booked a room for two nights in October of 2021. I will never darken the doors of this Casino again & will NOT be attending Jauary's rescheduled show.… Maybe he'll get it at his next job at Taco Bell. Total incompetence followed by rude, condescending behavior by a jerk of a 'manager' who clearly needs customer relationship training. Or required Tickrtmaster to email ticket holders. You'd think they would have advertised the cancellation. We had no indication anything had changed. 'Well if you had gone to our website.'! Why the Hell would we go to the website. He made it sound as though it was OUR fault. They Not only refused but the on-duty 'manager' (who should be fired) was rude, condescending & even went so far as to argue about how long the drive I had just made was. We asked the hotel to at least comp us a room for January (when the concert had been rescheduled). We were stuck with a $200+ hotel room that we couldn't cancel. We drove nearly 3 hours to attend a show that had been cancelled nearly 20 hours earlier. The Casino had the foresight to cancel their advertising with their media partners, but NOBODY thought it necessary to contact ticket holders.

A day or two earlier the band had rescheduled. We had purchased tickets for a concert they were having (Cheap Trick).
